Smart feeders and fountains

Petxam can show the food and water level of compatible smart feeders and fountains, and dispense portions remotely.

Pair the device

1. First set up the feeder or fountain in its manufacturer’s app and connect it to Wi-Fi.
2. In Petxam, open My Pets, choose the pet and, under Pet at home, tap Smart pet devices.
3. Tap Pair a device and choose Smart feeder or Smart fountain.
4. Enter the Device id shown in the manufacturer’s app and tap Pair.

What you can do

• See the Supplies: food level, water level and filter life.
• Feed now: choose the portions and tap Dispense.
• Check Recent activity: portions served and low-level alerts. Assign a pet to the device so meals appear in its history.
