How do I create an account?

You can create your account with your email or sign in straight away with Continue with Google or Continue with Apple.

With your email

1. Open the app and choose Create account.
2. Enter your name, your email and a password.
3. Tap Create account. By doing so you accept the Terms and conditions and the Privacy policy.

Your password needs at least 8 characters, with one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one symbol.

Verify your email

We will send a verification link to the address you entered. Open it and go back to the app to continue. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or tap Resend email. More help in I am not receiving Petxam emails.

Complete your information

Before setting up your account we ask for your date of birth. First name, last name and gender are optional.

You can then create your first profile and add your pet.
