How do I pair a GPS tracker?

Before you start, make sure the tracker is switched on, charged and has mobile coverage (its SIM card needs data).

1. Open My Pets, choose the pet and, under Tracking & activity, tap Live GPS tracking.
2. Tap Pair a device and choose GPS tracker as the device type.
3. Enter the Tracker identifier (IMEI): the 15-digit number printed on the tracker or its box.
4. If you like, give it a Name and choose the Assigned pet.
5. Tap Pair.

The first location can take a few minutes to arrive, especially indoors. Once it does, you will see the Last known location, the battery and the Location history.

Next, create safe zones to get an alert if your pet leaves home or the park.
