Receive donations as an NGO

To receive donations you need an NGO profile in Petxam.

1. With the NGO profile active, open Donations & volunteering and tap Activate donations.
2. Check the Organization details: we reuse what you entered when you created it.
3. Set up the Receiving account where donations will arrive.
4. In Fundraising review, explain the animal welfare programmes and costs the donations will fund, and say whether you can issue compliant donation certificates.

Petxam reviews the organization, its legal entity, its public profile and its receiving account before enabling it. If we reject the application, you will see why so you can fix it and resubmit.

Afterwards

Donation activity shows the donations received. We do not show donors’ identities.

Volunteering is separate: you can use it without a receiving account or fundraising approval.
