Invite your team

1. In My Business → Team and clinical care, open Business team.
2. Tap Invite to the business and enter the person’s Public username. They need a Petxam account already.
3. Choose their Role (Employee, Manager, Administrator or Owner) and the Access scope: This business unit or Entire organization.
4. Send the invitation. The person sees it in Settings → My business invitations and must accept it.

Acting as the business

Act as this business profile lets that person post, take part in the community and chat on behalf of the business. It does not grant clinical access.

Change or remove access

To change the role or scope, remove the assignment and send a new invitation. Remove membership removes access to the business and its linked clinical access.

Veterinary clinics

Being on the team does not give access to medical records. For that, the vet needs verified credentials and each pet owner’s permission.
