Pause or close your business

Go to My Business → Business setup → Organizations and units.

• Pause unit: its public page and operations become unavailable, but everything is kept. You can come back with Reactivate unit.
• Close unit: permanent, it cannot be reactivated. Historical records are kept.

To pause or close a whole organization, first pause or close each of its units.

Before pausing or closing

The app shows what you need to resolve first, such as open bookings or appointments, subscriptions, campaigns, clinical patients or donations. For a clinic, clinical records need their custody completed before closing.

If you just want to stop offering a service, use Stop offering this activity in Business activities: customers, appointments, payments and records are kept.
