Verify your veterinary registration

To create or sign clinical records, your veterinary registration must be verified by Petxam.

1. In My Business → Team and clinical care, open My veterinary credentials.
2. Enter the Registration country (two-letter code, such as ES), the Registration authority and your Registration number.
3. Tap Submit for review.

Statuses

Status	Meaning
Pending review	We are reviewing it.
Verified	You can act as a vet in clinics where you are on the clinical team.
Rejected	You will see the reason; correct the details and submit again.
Verification expired	It reached its validity date; submit it again.
Suspended	Contact us; while it lasts you cannot resubmit.

If you change your credentials, they need to be reviewed again.

Join a clinic’s clinical team

The clinic owner invites you from Team and access as a veterinarian or as a reader. Accept the invitation in My invitations and access. Only accept invitations from clinics you work with.
