How do I donate to an NGO?

In Petxam you can donate to animal welfare organizations that we have verified and enabled.

For now, donations are available on Petxam web. They will come to the mobile apps later.

Donate

1. In Animal Welfare, tap Browse donation opportunities in the top bar. Support an NGO opens; choose an organization.
2. Tap Donate, enter the Amount (between 1 and 10,000) and choose the Frequency: One time, Every month or Every year.
3. If the organization issues them and you need one, tick Request a tax receipt.
4. Complete the payment on the secure payment page.

Tax receipts

They are issued by the organization, not by Petxam, and the organization checks the requirements. Being an NGO does not automatically make a donation tax-deductible: it depends on the organization and the applicable law.

Your donations

In Support an NGO, open My donations to see your One-time donations and Recurring donations. To stop giving every month or year, tap Stop future renewals: the current period remains valid, but it will not renew.
