Can I change my email address?

Yes. You can change your account’s email from the app at any time.

1. Open Settings and go to Account security.
2. Choose Change email.
3. Enter the New email and your Current password, and tap Send verification.
4. Open the link we send to the new address to confirm the change.

From then on, sign in with your new email. If the message does not arrive, see I am not receiving Petxam emails.

Note

The change asks for your Petxam password. If you always sign in with Google or Apple and need to change your email, contact us.
