Safe zones

A safe zone is a circle on the map, such as your home or your usual park. When your pet leaves it we send you an alert, and every exit and return is recorded in the history.

You need a paired GPS tracker.

Create a zone

1. Open My Pets, choose the pet and tap Safe zones.
2. Tap Add safe zone and give it a Name.
3. Tap Choose location and mark the centre on the map.
4. Set the Radius: between 20 metres and 50 kilometres.
5. Tap Create.

You can have up to 10 zones per pet. Each one shows whether your pet is inside or outside, and Recent activity lists its exits and returns.

Tips

• Leave some margin in the radius: GPS can be a few metres off, and more inside buildings.
• The exit alert is a safety alert and is not muted by your notification settings. To stop it, delete the zone.

To change or remove a zone, tap it and use Save or Delete. Earlier history entries are kept.
