Block and report in chat

Block

In the conversation, open the menu and tap Block followed by the name. A blocked profile cannot start or continue a conversation with you.

To unblock it, go to Settings → Chat → Blocked profiles and tap Unblock. The block applies to the profile you had active when you blocked.

Report

In the conversation, tap Report followed by the name, choose the reason (Spam or unwanted messages, Harassment or bullying, Fraud or scam, Unsafe or inappropriate content or Other), add details if you like and tap Send report.

Reports are private and are reviewed by our team.

Caution

Never share passwords or bank details in chat. Petxam will never ask for them by message.
