How do I report a post, group or profile?

If you see something that should not be on Petxam, report it. Reports are private: the other person does not know who sent it.

• A post: open its menu and tap Report post.
• A group or an event: tap Report on its page.
• A profile in chat: see Block and report in chat.

Choose the reason (Spam, Harassment or bullying, Misinformation, Animal abuse, Inappropriate content or Other), add details if you like and tap Send report. Our team will review it and remove the content if it breaks the rules.

If an animal is in danger

If you believe an animal is being abused right now, report it to the authorities as well: in Spain, call 112 or the Guardia Civil’s SEPRONA.
