Your pet's medical records

Open My Pets, choose the pet and tap Medical records.

What you will see

• Veterinary records that clinics publish to your pet’s history, with their type (consultation, vaccination, laboratory, procedure, treatment) and clinical date. Those with Professional signature verified are signed by the vet.
• Your documents, marked Owner contribution · not professionally verified.

A clinic only publishes records to your pet’s history if you have given it permission; see Care team.

Add a document

1. Tap New record.
2. Enter a title, the date and the content, and attach files if you have them: up to 10 files of 10 MB each (PDF, text or images).
3. Tap Save draft. Your drafts are under My unpublished drafts; publish it when it is ready and it moves to the Published history.

A published record cannot be edited or deleted: corrections are added as an Addendum, and the original stays visible.

Export

From a record you can Export readable PDF to share it, or Export verifiable package, which includes the data and attachments. Exported files are under your control.
