How do I choose which notifications I get?

Go to Settings → Notifications.

Delivery type

• Push notifications: alerts when Petxam is not open.
• In-app alerts: alerts while you use Petxam. Your inbox keeps the history even if you turn them off.

Notification type

Choose which optional alerts you want: Chat messages, Reminders, Social activity and Product updates and offers.

Account and security alerts are always on. Alerts that your pet has left a safe zone are not silenced either: to stop them, delete the zone.

If no push notification arrives

The device permission is separate from these settings. Check Settings → App permissions → Notifications: if it shows as blocked, allow it in your phone or browser settings. More in App permissions.

You can also mute a single conversation from the chat itself.
