Profiles: personal, business and nonprofit

Your account is how you access Petxam. Within it you can have several profiles: your personal one, to look after your pets, and others for a business or a nonprofit.

Create another profile

1. Tap Switch profile, then Create profile.
2. Choose what you want to do:
   • Pet owner: I own a pet.
   • Sell products: I sell pet products.
   • Provide services: I offer pet care or services.
   • Represent an NGO: I work for an NGO.
3. Follow the steps. For a business or a nonprofit we ask for the organization’s details; more in Create an organization.

Switch profile

Tap Switch profile and choose the one you want to continue with. The current profile is marked Active. What you post, your messages and some settings, such as blocked profiles in chat, belong to the active profile.
